Quick reminder that we're living on a planet with a nuclear fusion reactor in the sky that has an almost perfect colour temperature to suit a semiconductor that covers about a third of the planet's surface, and the semiconductor has an almost perfect band gap for converting radiation from the fusion reactor to electricity, with oceans full of metal that can be used to store the electricity, and when you melt down the semiconductor, arrange it carefully and feed in the electricity, you get intelligence.
Feels a bit like we're on the edge of solving a puzzle that's been running for a few billion years.
